CBD Oil has proven to be just as dramatically effective for pets as it is for humans. Certainly pet owners have told us of the differences they see in their pets.
While there’s no definitive scientific data on using CBD to treat animals, there’s anecdotal evidence from dog owners suggesting it can treat pain, especially neuropathic pain, as well as helping to control seizures.
CBD is also used because of its anti-inflammatory properties, cardiac benefits, anti-nausea effects, appetite stimulation, anti-anxiety impact, and for possible anti-cancer benefits, although there’s no conclusive data on this use.
The Colorado State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences is currently conducting a study that will evaluate the use of CBD in treatment-resistant epilepsy in dogs.
The CHF hopes that this will be the first study to gain scientific data on the use of CBD in dogs with this condition.
Testimonials for the treatment of Animals using CBD Oil
We just wanted to send you some feedback after using the Good Alternatives cbd oil on our 10 year old blue staff Gypsy.
At about 8 years old Gypsies back legs started to have problems with arthritis and she was battling to walk.
She had 4 weekly injections from the vet and daily carprofen tablets. She got some relief from the injections but always ended up going downhill again.
We decided to try CBD oil 1000mg 3 drops a day and noticed improvements after about 2 weeks.
She is now on 5 drops per day and this keeps her arthritis under control. She can even get up our steps again.
As a bonus her anxiety has improved greatly and a few quite large fatty lumps under her chest have just about shrunk away.
For us and Gypsy the Good Alternatives CBD has been a life changer. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
