What exactly is the difference between the Oil products in the range?
All of our products come in 30ml bottles, the difference is the CBD strength.
We have found through our customers that the 250mg is more for children, and adults who have purchased the 250mg, usually have to take around 20-30 drops before they start to realise a benefit.
The 500mg is a good place to start for adults. We have customers who are using our strongest concentration, the 2000mg because they need or want a very strong dose of CBD per day and take around 20drops a day, and we have other customers who purchase the 1000mg or 2000mg because it means they only need to take a few drops per day and the bottle can last up to 3-4 months based on 5-7 drops a day dosage.
How many drops a day do I take?
There is no one right number of drops/ dosage amount, as everyone is different, so you would need to experiment for the first few weeks, starting at a lower number of drops and increasing slowly until you are feeling the benefits that you are seeking and you getting the most out of the product. The idea is we want our customers to find the least amount that works for them, so that the product lasts as long as possible and saves money!
Deciding between the Oil and the vaporiser product?
It is difficult to know how much CBD a person is getting per vape puff, and therefore, difficult to recommend how much to use a day or per sitting.
To date, customers who are using the vaporiser product are mostly using it for anxiety, as an alternative to smoking cigarettes or e-juices, or they are using the vaporiser product in conjunction with the one of our products taken orally.
This is largely to do with the inability to find and measure the amount of CBD needed for the varying needs of each individual, which is possible with the oral CBD Products.
All of our products are 100% natural, and therefore, can be taken as much or as little as needed or to suit. It may be best to start with the Oil as you can monitor and adjust the CBD dose until you find the correct dose that helps.
